In a
global learning environment, the benefits of faculty communicating
across academic units are growing. To encourage the cross-fertilization
of ideas, CAPEC strives to facilitate scholarly communication and
collaboration within the GMU community with regard to two important
issues:
- The way
in which Asia Pacific economies and communities are affecting
north America; and
- The way
in which a new type of "regional" academic studies is
emerging, which links Asia Pacific studies with American studies.
CAPEC
